Our apps run on your device. Apps that do not need an internet connection have no internet permission on Android, so they cannot send data over the network.
Apps that need an outside service send only the information that feature needs. For example, Podnebnik sends the name or coordinates of your selected place to ARSO and Open-Meteo to fetch the forecast.
