Summary
Daruj kri does not create user accounts and does not include advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. The app downloads only public data: the national blood stock levels and the list of field donation drives published by the Zavod RS za transfuzijsko medicino (ZTM). It never uploads anything. Your donor profile, donation history and settings are stored only on your device.
Information stored on your device
Daruj kri stores the following locally on your device:
- Your donor profile (gender and blood group)
- Your donation history, with optional hemoglobin values
- Your reminder preference
- Your favourite donation locations
- A flag that onboarding is complete
On Android this lives in the app's local storage (Preferences DataStore); on iOS in SwiftData and UserDefaults. It stays on your device and is not sent to the app publisher or anyone else.
Network access
Daruj kri calls exactly two public, unauthenticated ZTM endpoints over HTTPS at www.ztm.si: one returns the current blood stock levels, the other the list of field donation drives. The requests are plain downloads and carry no account, identifier or personal data. Like any web host, ZTM's server sees standard access-log data such as your IP address and the requested URL; that is inherent to any internet connection and is handled by ZTM under its own terms. 2MAD Labs runs no server of its own and receives nothing. Daruj kri is an independent app and not an official ZTM product.
Health-related data
Your blood group, donation dates and optional hemoglobin values are health-related data. The app uses them only on your device: to personalize the stock view and compatibility wheel, compute when you are next eligible to donate and draw the hemoglobin chart. They are never transmitted anywhere.
Permissions and notifications
Daruj kri asks for notification permission only if you turn on the optional donation reminder, and on Android it additionally uses exact alarms so the reminder fires at 09:00 precisely. Reminders are generated locally on your device; no push service is involved. The app holds the internet permission solely for the two public ZTM endpoints described above. It requests no location, contacts, camera or any other permission.
Apple Health (iOS only)
During onboarding on iOS you can optionally tap Fill from Health to prefill your blood type and biological sex from Apple Health. This is a one-time, read-only request behind the standard Health permission prompt. The two values are copied into the local profile and never transmitted. You can skip the step entirely and enter them yourself.
Device backup
If you have Android's system backup turned on, Android may include Daruj kri's on-device data, such as your profile and donation history, in your device backup to your Google account. That backup is handled by Android and Google under their terms; the app publisher has no access to it. You can turn backup off in your Android settings. On iOS, the app's on-device data may likewise be included in your own iCloud device backup, which Apple handles under its terms; nothing goes to us.
Children
Daruj kri is aimed at adult blood donors and does not knowingly collect data from children. It collects no personal data at all.
Data deletion
You can delete individual donations inside the app. Clearing the app's data from Android system settings removes everything, and uninstalling the app does the same on both Android and iOS.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app changes. The updated version will be published at this same address.
