Summary
Cenilko is a property price map for Slovenia. It has no account system, no analytics and no developer-operated backend for user data. The developer does not collect or sell your personal data. Cenilko uses the internet to download the deals database, maps and information from official registers. Search, statistics, estimates and checks for new deals then run on your device.
Information stored on your device
Cenilko stores the following only on your device, when you choose to add it:
- Favourites (saved parcels and deals)
- Alert areas and addresses you choose to watch
- Tracked homes and value history
- Checklist state and app settings such as theme, language and map preferences
This information stays on your device. Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for Cenilko, and on iOS the app's data is likewise excluded from iCloud backup, so it is not copied off the device automatically. It remains until you delete it, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. The downloaded deals database itself is stored encrypted on your device.
Location
Location is optional. After you grant the location permission on Android or iOS, Cenilko uses your current location to centre the map. It does not save your location as history and does not send the raw location to a 2MAD Labs server. A map provider can infer the map area you are viewing from the tiles your device requests.
Notifications
The notification permission is optional and is used only for local property-alert notifications, generated on your device when a watched area or address has a new deal.
External services and maps
To provide maps and public information, Cenilko makes network requests to OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap, GURS / e-Prostor, DRSV / eVode, MOPE services and the Cenilko data files hosted on Cloudflare (data.2madlabs.si). A request can expose your IP address, the requested URL or tile and ordinary network metadata to that provider, which handles it under its own privacy terms. Like any web host, Cloudflare sees standard access-log data (your IP address and the requested file) when the app downloads or refreshes the data bundle; we do not receive or store it. The data bundle also refreshes periodically in the background, so those download requests can happen when the app is not open. Links to PIS, Google Maps, the land registry and other official viewers open outside Cenilko in your browser or the relevant app.
Production connections use HTTPS. No personal data is sold, and 2MAD Labs does not share personal data with third parties for advertising or profiling.
Data deletion
You can remove individual favourites, alerts and tracked homes in the app, or clear the app's storage from Android settings to delete Cenilko's local data. Uninstalling the app also removes app-local data according to Android's normal uninstall behaviour, and on iOS deleting the app removes its data as well.
Children
Cenilko is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal data.
Changes to this policy
Material changes to this policy will be published at this same address with a new effective date.
